Registration & Check-In 

Please bring the Congress ticket that was emailed to you. Our registration system is powered by Wix, which you may see mentioned during the check-in process.

To help avoid long lines on Monday morning, we strongly encourage early check-in if possible. Registration hours are:
   •    Saturday, August 9: 3:00–5:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM
   •    Sunday, August 10: 12:00–8:00 PM

Dress Code

There is no formal dress code for the Congress. Many attendees—especially scientific abstract presenters—opt for business attire. However, given the inclusion of movement sessions and manual therapy demonstrations, exercise or casual wear is also perfectly appropriate. For the Sunday Gala, there’s no expectation of formal wear. We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, festive, and a little bit special.

Shipping

Shipments can be sent to the New Orleans Marriott. A detailed shipping manual with instructions, handling fees, and recipient labeling format can be downloaded here. Please ship all documents and products as provided in the instructions per FedEx/Marriott to ensure your items are accepted and securely stored with the FedEx onsite. You are responsible for all costs and receipt of vendor items.
